Ti posso chiedere una foto di dettaglio dell'opera viva? Mi incuriosiscono le derive e gli alloggiamenti degli ingressi per l'acqua di raffreddamento e dei portelloni. Mi piacerebbe sapere come sono fatti.

Certamente, ora sono fuori casa e tornerò domani, ma appena arrivato farò le foto dettagliate e cercherò di postarle in giornata.
Già ti anticipo che le derive sono dei pezzi di legno che io ho dovuto sagomare e "affilare" per fargli prendere la loro forma, quindi magari non saranno perfette. Gli alloggiamenti per ora sono formati da uno "stampo" in legno incollato sul secondo fasciame in cui andranno poi incollate le fotoincisioni vere e proprie.
Domani arrivano le foto esplicative!

I am new to this forum. I am a Bismarck fan as well. You are doing a fine job the construction is neat. I noticed that you were asking about the vents at the side of the ship, These were air vents or ventilation ducts for closed areas beneath the deck. If I were you, I would file them off and build new ventilators, as they look very unprofessional. I would have expected that with a kit like that, coting a lot of money, at least the ventilators would be provided separately. But anyhow, one can always arrange and rebuild. If you need anything on the Bismarck, just ask, I have a lot of information on German ships.
